On day 1 the services were good, but the owner Suribabu never mentioned about the tariffs. Day 2- we have hired Innova on 12th March 2020 at 4.30am, driver name is venkat cab no-1566 to cover all the pancharama Kshetras of Lord shiva from Vijayawada to Rajamundry. Driver was supposed to drop us at the hotel in Rajamundry. Since, we had luggage, we requested the driver to drop till the hotel. He was getting annoyed because he was not able to drive in those narrow roads. Once he dropped us he was commenting, that what kind of hotel you booked and when we were paying the cab bill he literally snatched the money from us and he was very very rude. He was not aware of the routes of few temples we had to put Google GPS. We told very clearly to Suribabu that driver should be aware of all the routes but he was not aware of the routes. When we complained about the driver to Suribabu he said driver is up from morning 4.30am so he is frustated and he was defending the driver. Along with the driver we were up since morning 2.50am howmuch frustated customer should be ? we are very upset because of the unprofessional behaviour of the driver and the owner. I would urge all the people who are planning to hire Sri Varalakshmi cabs please think twice, one of the most down market and worst services are provided by them. Please do not hire them. There is no clarity on the tariff as well.
