We stayed there for two nights.nNice stay with AC rooms and hot water available all the time. Good price when compared to other resorts in the place.nFood was prepared as and when we ordered for lunch. It was very tasty. The staff was helpful. Beach is 200-300 metres of walk away from this place. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Location - ~350 mts to beach.nnFood - Overall good taste. I had veg food. But, paneer butter masala was not at all good. Food was very oily. May be upon request they would reduce the oil.nnService - Service was very good, though they didn't have internal landlines.nnPros:n. Staff is polite and helpful.n. Room & bathroom are clean and neat.n. 24x7 hot water.n. Bathroom water is not very salty.n. Spacious room.n. Hidden / isolated bathroom and sink, hence makes room look good.n. Arrangement is available to have food in the small lawn.n. AC is good.nnCons:n. This is just a building with many rooms and a small lawn, NOT a resort.n. Not family friendly as many rooms would be booked by bachelor boys.n. No car parking is available inside the premises, but this is not a problem as there are no buildings or traffic near by.n. No amenities. This hotel just serves the purpose, you would not feel like you are staying in a big hotel.n. Liquor is not sold here.n. TV does not have many channels. It has got only one hour channel, Gemmini Comedy. Anyways, most of the time you want to spend in the beach and chat with your friends / family.

The staff is courteous, but the service is not that great. There are no amenities, food wasnt that great either. The rooms are small but the price is high. We didn't have a choice because it was a sudden trip and no other resorts were available. It is not exactly a resort either. It is more of a lodging facility with not so clean washrooms. The only advantage is it is 5 minutes walk from the beach. If you just need a room to dump ur luggage and rest for the night, go for it.
