It's clean and well maintained. It used to be a hotel earlier. Now only 3 rd floor is given for rent.
Nice testing lab and at affordable price .Good service observed.
Affordable prices for Non AC and AC rooms. we took 1extra bed for 4 persons. Few renovation works need to be done in rooms i think so. Because there is no water geyser and western commode flush broken no extra water bucket available in my staying room.
There is too much time lagging and much waiting time. There is no customer responsibility. At your own risk.
