It is one of the best places to stay in Manas. They have good comfortable rooms with attached balcony which is a good place to relax n enjoy nature. If you are interested in birdwatching, you can see a lot in the resort itself early in the morning. Its located close to the park entrance. Good views from here. The food is also not bad here.

Very bad experience with this property. Fist they took 50% booking amount from us through booking.com. after booking the hotel. We received mail and call from hotel that, your booking get cancel due to wrong amount was showing in website. I was chasing for my refund from last 4 days. Not responds from any staff. Very bad experience with this hotel staff.

Excellent property, untrained but very courteous staff, severe service failure (overnight power failure). Pathetic breakfast spread with reluctance of refilling. Overall service doesn't commensurate to the room tariff. Go for it if u get the room within Rs 3k including breakfast

Location: Best in Manas. Right next to the boundary of the National Park.nFacilities: Really good with landscaped gardens and lots of open grounds for children to play. Elephant and Jeep Safari are arranged by the resort.nFood: Good.nService: Excellent. Very helpful and courteous staff.nDrawback: No mobile signal or Wi-Fi. This can be interpreted as positive if one wishes to get away from the digital world for a few days.
