You mostly hurt your profession, your own reputation, and his clients.

I filed a report on Benjamin Nordmann attorney #22189-76 over 3 months ago on their request for information sheet and sent it to the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission. I have received no correspondence back from the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission for the unethical treatment of my case by Benjamin Nordmann. After I fired my worthless 2000 dollar attorney Benjamin Nordmann. The judge in whitley county denied my motion for a public defender. I cant afford another defense attorney. Benjamin Nordmann told me on 3 different occasions that he was friends with the prosecutor's and wouldn't take my doctors notes stating my underlying health conditions that leave me more susceptible to contract covid 19 in the whitley county jail. I was simply asking for home detention as a alternative to jail and the judge told me he insists on me going to jail for 3 days on October 13th. The judge is ready to send me to trial with no legal representation. Do not retain Benjamin Nordmann as your private defense attorney. He is worthless and once you pay him he wont correspond back to you in a timely manner. He is more worried about his public defender cases in Dekalb County. He has no business practicing private defense law. I still haven't received an itemized statement of services rendered by Benjamin Nordmann. Because he did absolutely nothing. Bottom line He shouldn't have taken my case if he didn't have the time for it. Empty promises and false hope. He has ripped off hundreds of people. You've been warned. I want my money back. Unacceptable.

This is the stars I am going to give your office I don't think it's ok for a lawyer too lie and use fraud in an adoption case I disagree with your outcome on that lawyer she needs to get sued for legal malpractice. If anyone who turns a lawyer in then your not going to do one thing about then maybe your office needs to hire a whole new staff that will take care of lawyer's who does there cases and committed lying and fraud to go ahead and remove there license. Thanks for not doing your jobs.

There is absolutely no justice in Indiana. The judge and attorney went against the law, and I had enough evidence to prove it. The attorney lied, and falsified evidence but yet this commission does not do their job. It is sad the innocent gets judgements agaisnt them and the fraudulent plp who sue wins, bc the judge is biased. This state is pathetic. Absolutely no justice. This committee always sides with the attorney's and judges no matter how corrupted they are. Dont waste your time with this place, they just sit back enjoying their paychecks, and do nothing.

They are some jokes didnt even look at my paperwork I gave them. The evidence shows plan daylight this attorney been stealing money and threatening me. I've even shown emails the attorney Russell Jones force continuance I shown emails and everything in this justice system fail us congratulations another injustice...
