Museum management still giving you 50paisa tickets but asking for 5rupees. I think they are using tickets from 1996. State government has to take a look. We should take care of foreigners from being scammed.

Though the museum has some really rare artefacts belonging to 13th, 25th century,. the place needs to be taken care a bit more.

Got know about Mashru handloom work. Some facts about local heritage sites and Raga megh.nSpare a few minutes and you may find something of your interest.nThere is ample parking and bare minimal entry free.

The museum is really nice with wall sized dioramas and filled with sculptures from various places of gujarat. Must visit. Nice exhibition but known to very little crowd.
