A thrilling trekking place near Himmatnagar. People come from Rajasthan and nearby places of Gujarat (including Ahmedabad). If you are adventurous enough, you may come in group for trekking. There are remains of a 15th century Jain Temple built very technically. There’s a restaurant near the check post of Polo Forest where you can refresh yourself. Arrangement of tree house (not actually a tree house but hutments made out of bamboos) is also available for those who like to stay back. There is this Vanaj Dam nearby, which you may like to visit. Overall a days programme to refresh and exhaust you.

Early Jan 2020 this place was empty and obviously since a long time neglected and dilapidated. Rooms bare (no TV, internet or bath tubs as falsely advertised). Broken chairs, empty water pond, no functioning kitchen. The owners had insisted on a deposit being paid in advance. As soon as we saw the reality (very different from the false notices on the website), we turned away. Then had to argue to get our deposit back - which we did get. In short, don't believe the website or its reviews, at least at this moment, this place is dysfunctional and not worth even 500 rupees.

polo tent city almost 3 to 3.5 hours from Ahmedabad by road . we reached there at about 12 noon check in the tents .Here I want to recommend one thing that there are two types pf tents swiss tents permanent type superdelux type and delux type tent .nfor hot water they ask time and accordigly provide as it is boiler heaterncheck for the electricity plug pins whether working or not and be careful if accompanying small children.nsome slides and indoor games available if want to play outdoor game must carry freezbee or ball and bat or volleyball food is good quality and they make even Jain food on request .nthe sharneshwar temple nearby ancient time of almost 15th century and still the pooja going on twice a day in temple,nThe Ruined Jain temple monuments , dam we can visit.in a day.nIf anybody fond of trekking then one can do for short time like 20-25 minnand 2hours also . you should take local guide for history and trekking and enjoy.
