Professional and courteous staff. Despite the current situation, the restaurant was fully functional. They are maintaining all necessary precautions needed for the pandemic. The house keeping team was with proper protection suits and sanitized the whole room at every check out. We had a comfortable and a pleasant stay

I had the fern resort today in the noon and took the lunch over the,some of the food was amazing in the taste but the service is very slow and it is little bit costlier than other resorts in the polo forest itself.nnThe fern resort is one the good resort in around the polo forest, with the restaurant in it and including many more facilities.nnI was little bit not satisfied with the taste of food, cause I'm paying very much for the taste I was expecting.nnAnd the resort was very neat, clean and hygienic as of in this pandemic situation.
