The Vivaan

Very expensive as compared to facilities. Room was neat and clean. Food was delicious. WiFi was not working at all, it was totally none of use. Room service was great. Restaurant service was also tremendous. All toiletries were available on request. Small fridge and electric water boiler was available with tea, coffee, sugar and milk powder. Bathroom was good but could be better .Staff was very helpful. Internet was very bad but mobile reception was great. They allow bachelors so it was great. They install rollover beds for extra person with extra charges. No swimming pool no other activities. It was very expensive and food was very expensive too.

Luch buffet is sumptuous but light on pocket. Got served mostly veg options and wasn't disappointed. Definitely deserves a visit once.

Vivaan is the best hotel. And the service is really good. The service person Happy Singh is good as well as he is extremely humble . He gave the good service before the time. Next time he should be in service. He is from F&B department .
