The best holiday inn experience I have had with in India. Staff go an extra mile to make sure the comfort of the guests. Laundry service need improvement. However everything else is absolutely splendid

Hotel staff is very good.nNice place.nBut Hotel promotions team future choice club is not professional.nOverall very bad experience with promotions team.

We as family couldn't have asked for a better and safe stay in these Covid times. Barring first day at hotel which was a bit noisy due to some ongoing maintenance but was taken care of after informing them . The staff is friendly specially Hemanshi, Kartik, Vishal, Depanshu and Avinash. The housekeeping staff is very hospitable and wants to give you the best experience possible. The breakfast is okay though needs a bit of improvement comparing to other hotels of the same class. I was expecting a nice bakery spread with croissants and muffins but they had very limited options on the first day. Though I was happy with the comfort of getting the whole spread in the room during these Covid times. I will encourage people to visit the hotel in these times as well as the hotel is doing their best to give you covid free experience. The swimming pool and gym are not functional due to Covid. All in all, a great experience !

Amazing & sophisticated place to stay. Beautiful property with clean & neat atmosphere far from crowded city..

Staff is courteous. I really liked their idea of refillable glass water bottle in room. Usually all big hotels give plastic bottles but this is my first experience of glass bottles in room. Appreciate their green initiative.nRoom was big and spacious. Location is ok, breakfast is good.
