My all time stay whenever I need to visit Gurgaon. Near my business area, and prompt services from staff. They are friends now, and always ensure there's no difficulty I face whenever I check in.

Like! I got call from hotel reception after two days of my checkout and asked me for pay extra money for the person stayed with me. And they were talking in very rudely manner and another one is my TV is not working so I called to reception many times to get it done but didn’t get any response from them.

It wasn't a pleasant stay unlike the previous one. Last time everything was A1 excluding the food. But this everything was below average. No professionalism! Room device poor. I had requested to extra bedding but I never got one. Earlier I highly recommended the fabhotel but now?? Also they should clearly mentioned in the pic about categories of room to avoid confusion. I wanted an executive room but due to un clarity I landed booking premium room which was so so
