1st time we r visit palam vihar Hotel Akriti.I think Hotel is better then Oyo always.But there is no special in there rooms.We want to more cleaning,more facilities. otherwise all good.Enjoying day.Staff r gud.I give u 4 ****.Thank u so much

Staff is rude. Also, not maintaining any precautions or social distancing for covid.nnAnswer to your reply:nWe were four people not 5. And we booked the room for 30 minutes by giving you a full day charge because we were travelling to Gurgaon from Chandigarh to meet someone and need to change clothes, not even to take bath or use washrooms but just to change clothes. When your staff onjected, we even asked for a second room but he gave us a room on 2nd floor even when the adjecent room on ground floor was vacant. We never abused or threatened anyone. Your staff only was not wearing mask properly or using sanatizer. Even there was no sanatizer on entry or temprature check from your side.
