OYO 41920 Hotel Rama Grand

The staff on the reception has no sense of talking. He talks to the customers as if he has bought them. Pathetic quality food. You keep on calling the service, and they respond as per their convenience. Not recommended to stay there...

Good place but i book a room with included breakfasf but hotel did not give me free breakfast they charge me and they put a menu in room i order some drinks but when i pay during checkout the hotel staff said the menu price and hotel bill have diffrent price

This is the best hotel one can easily get their,and their staff members are also helping but i would give them 4 star rating due to their late dilivry.bytheway their location is perfect and one can also avail benefits of parking and their are many well known restaurants and can enjoy their food.

Hotel staff behaviour is so cheap .... No sense of talking to customers. Poor services. Food quality was also pathetic.
