Capital O 2850 Hotel Saffron

Worst property I have been in while. The linens and towels are super unclean. Door knobs are not working at all. Staff is least concerned. And Oyo like always says we apologise.

Extremely pathetic experience I ever had with hotel I booked online a deluxe room instead they offering me classic room with unhygienic linen unclean curtains messy towel messy room smelling very badly even they don’t have available telephone at room to call reception even they don’t have sanitiser at reception area, it’s highly unsafe property in COVID time don’t take room and risk your life.

Food is quite good.nService also good.nNo parking is there, only 3-4 vehicles can be accommodated. And more so there is no public parking nearby.nBut staff is polite.nRooms are good.nThe air conditioned Hall can accommodate 50-60 persons.nSo, good place for small birthday type parties.

Very friendly and responsive Staff.nWe had a good time here.nThank you very much!
