They charge you for a complete 5 star but service is at ur luck. I faced a very poor service pics attached. No standard protocol to maintain the service level by management. Overall will not recommend. Go for a better brand where you feel value for your money.

I have very bad experience with this hotel. This doesn't justify the 5 star category first of all. Food was terrific. If there is option to upload images and videos i can post it.. bedsheet was tore. No room sleeper was there. And if a person book a room for two why there is only one complimentary dental kit. Food price so high, i can understand that it is so called 5 star but u should not compromise with quality.. worst service. If any one is thinking to stay there kindly don't order a single thing. Food is basic but you will not get that. Terrific experience... Really regretting..

The Hotel is good! It’s clean though it can be better in terms of lighting! The food is really good as well though the buffet selection was limited

Great space for small to medium size gatherings. For large gatherings, recommend to book the lawn + few halls) They take good measures for sanitisation. Food is good as well.

This place is situated at the heart of Lucknow. They have amazing halls and lawns for occasions. Rooms are clean and they have good parking space. The decoration style is little old but the place is a classic. Their food and service is good, but not very good or exceptional.
