Taj Mahal Lucknow

Visiting the hotel during Covid times. After a long stay at home..it got extremely annoying for me so i planned a weekend staycation at Taj Mahal Lucknow with my husband. Why Taj? Coz i trust this brand the most in terms of cleanliness, top notch house keeping and at this time in life where hygiene is most important i had not other place in mind. The welcome was wonderful. The guard at the porch sanatized our car, guided us to the parking and at the time of entry we had our footware sanatized using a fancy machine, out temp was taken and hands were sanatized. Every staff or guest i saw was wearing a mask(covering the nose) . Front office staff was additionally wearing a face shield and were following all protocols of maintaining social distancing. My husband and i were thrilled to see the top notch level of hygiene being practiced. Special Thanks to Ms. Jyoti from front desk for a beautiful hand written welcome note and Mr. Ashok from FnB for welcome eateries in the room. The rooms have been re done beautifully. Love the wallpaper and the lamps. A great combination of ancient and modern luxury. We had small sanatizer bottles in the room too along with other basic amenities. Taking a roll on the soft out of the world comfy bed after 6 months felt like heaven.

Awesome ambience and very helpful staff. At such hard time they maintain high standards for their customers.

Nice ambience but staff is not friendly at all. Too pricey for the food served as the quality and taste of food was not unique. I had ordered several dishes but all of them was very ancient in taste. If you want to have good food then don't go there pick another place.

Excellent place to celebrate special days. Staff is very polite and well groomed. They take utmost care of hygiene and safety

Excellent property. Don't miss taking morning and evening in its backyard garden and water body. Would love to visit again . Food was nice.
