Hotel Solitaire Grand

This was the worst hotel stay of my life, room and washrooms were dirty, there was loud music entire night and hotel staff didn't do anything even after calling them 5 times, i had been charged for breakfast which was already added in my plan. I tried discussing the issues with the MD of this hotel but he was least bothered and didn't help.nnIn a nutshell I would never like to stay at this property and would suggest no one to stay there.

Food quality is good , cooperative staff, great experience. Highly recommend...

They can't provide you hot water to bath....In December I have to take bath with cold water and got ill.... very bad experience ud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4e
