The rooms are spacious and comfortable. But the service is very poor. We had to wait for more than an hour for our lunch to be served at the restaurant. The management seems to have deliberately kept very few kitchen and restaurant staff who couldn't cope with high demand. In room dining also took very long. At dinner they took very long to refill dishes at the buffet counter. Quality of breakfast was average, choice of dishes limited. Service again poor. But MOST important, there was no strict implementation of COVID protocols. Guests were walking around without masks and no staff member was telling them to wear it. No posters saying mask is compulsory. Overall, not a pleasant experience

Room was okay. Far from city centre. Non smoking rooms. Lack of bath and room amenities. Breakfast quality and variety below average A 3-star hotel type breakfast. No security checks and scans at the hotel area entry and main building entry.

This place don't deserve to be in category of 5 Star by any standards. Poor food quality, Poor room service, Poor in house guest entertainment apart from TV... Only valet parking staff very nice and courteous. Over all wasted money here...
