Reasonable rates Calm staff and now they need little bit renovation in their rooms nd bathroom too. A little mice disturbing all night

It's the worst service and experience for this hotel stay in whole mathura. Staff's attitude is very bad.. I strongly don't recommend to others for this.. Rooms are very bad.

Bathroom was clean of this hotel that's the main thing i see in every hotel all basic amenities was available like soap , towel , Shampoo. Room was also spacious and cleaned well maintained.Room service head rakesh was very active doing services whenever it is possible in the night time also when we asked for room cleaning they immediately sent room boy and he did all the cleaning, they also provided us pick and drop service from the railway station for free when we arrive they offer us free refreshment like tea and sandwiches.Person sitting at front desk was also helpful he provided us information about which sight seens in mathura and vrindavan to see at what time. Restaurant was pure veg and their Brij Ki Thaali was very good and at affordable rates

It was a pleasant stay. I compared it from other hotels but this hotel is best among all of them. All Staff is decent and their behavior is very good. Cleanness and wellness are super. They take care of there guests. Keep it up. All the best ....
