We took this boathouse at the last moment for Rs.8000 for 4 people and were given a spacious one with 2 bedrooms. The food was average and the boat condition was not the best though satisfactory. The seating was comfortable and there were plenty of facilities on board. I paid 2000 advance for standard non AC package.unfortunately i need to cancel my trip.when i ask my refund they told me they have some rules for refund,they told me 500 will deduct, i agreed, but now 28 days over i send mails and account details everything .Mr Ranjan i think he is the owner.i paid 2000 to his account.same day he told me need to check with accounts after that within 2 days refund .but till now i didn't get my money back ,everyday i am calling his number ,but no response.so dear all please dont select ithis service and dnot pay advances to this guy.thanks

If there is any star less than one to give rating , i would have selected that star.here is my story why.nnI paid 5000 advance for standard non AC package for 11798/- for 2 pax, on 13th Jun.I made payment using PayTM.Pay to unavailability of that package iwas offered standard AC 13278/-, later same evening that was also unavailable.So I was offered deluxe AC package 15396/- which was totally out of my budget. Because the difference in standard non AC to deluxe AC was too much for 2 night e days package.nnSame day on 14th Jun I asked for refund from guy whose name is Mr. Ranjan. I wrote mail as instructed by him.He said in 2 working days I will get my money back but it never happened. Mr. Ranjan says that he don't know how to use PayTm.What is the probability that none of his family including kids,office member and friends dont use PAYTM?nFrom 26th Jun this person stopped picking my calls and responding to my whatsapp messages.I don't think there is any intensions of returning my 5k.nI am a software engineer by profession from Bangalore and he made me beg for my own money..I would suggest don't pay any advance amount to this guy or organization.Plus till the time I don't get my money back,I will keep giving review about my ecpexperie .
