She was readily available on call and whastapp to answer my questions and doubts. I never faced delay in answering my query from nitisha ma'am. The knowledge and experience shared by the idp and ma'am was top notch. I did everything according to her and I didn't faced any problems in my visa appointment/biometrics. I would suggest that anyone who is looking forward to study abroad should consider idp as their counseler. The main reason behind this statement is that we usually think that we can file the visa on our own and that'll be fine. But, things are totally opposite. We usually miss many crucial parts, documents and that can be harmful in our visa's final processes. Cheers!
