I consider myself lucky to have visited this place. Not many people are aware about it. But if you are someone who is a history buff then you should definitely visit. It has been maintained well Though the place is small, but if you prefer knowing the place in detail, then you can spend quite a good time in reading few articles and information placed there along with that you can check few pictures. He was one of most important freedom fighters of our country and this place should get recognition.

Place of birth for the great thought leader in the Indian freedom struggle. His contribution is not well recognised by the political leaders in Maharashtra. His words ' freedom is my birth right', changed the whole freedom movement in India. The place needs more recognition by the locals as well as the the tourists.

Its nice and well maintained. We can get a glimpse of history that we should be acquainted with. We can also gain a lot of information about the great Lokamanya Tilak and other necessary things. Overall, nice place to check out and definitely take children here so that they may find these things interesting.
