It's excellent fishes museum in Konkan as well as in Maharashtra.

Nice place to bring your young kids.nnMany aquatic species are maintained here. Sufficient information is displayed on top of each tank.there are 2 species of sea turtles who are at least 200 years old.nAlso there is skeleton of blue wheal which is 55ft long .nnOpen for visitors from 10 am to 5.45pm on week days.nnEntry fee is rs 15 per person.nNo any fee for mobile cell phone cameras.nBUT FEE of Rs. 25 for SLR CAMERA.

There are several types of fishes to see and contemplate about the nature and mother earth. There's a huge whale skeleton in between. Apart from that the fish tanks are clean and you can see each and every fish properly because of the good lighting as well. There's a museum next to the aquarium where cryogenic fish samples and shells are kept which are cool to see.

It's a lovely place.. Very well maintained. We visit this place atleast twice a yaer. My daughter loves this aquarium since she was 2 years old..
