Excellent location and excellent resort. Food is delicious. Staff is very friendly and professional. Mountain top breakfast is unique experience. Must visit for nature lovers. Ample space to enjoy. Great ambience.

It's a beautiful little place where you can chill out with your friends and family. it's very close to nature and very serene. The staff is very friendly and polite. They provide a mountain top breakfast and a nature trail. It's worth every penny. Each direction I saw, the sight was breathtaking throughout the trek. Recommended!!! There are places to visit nearby like patalkot valley.

While the resort is good, we have had multiple experiences of poor managing from the working team. The manager lady is at best unprofessional and a downer to the whole place. Make sure you make your bookings via third party sources. Or even better, choose a better hotel and save yourself the trouble.

A must visit for all nature lovers. Good Food where ever you want to have , top of the hill , under a waterfall, beside a small lake , at a dhaba or in your cottage. Live Music Dance Karaoke all at one place. Friendly staff and guide to take you to the trek up the hill or down in the valley . Overall a great experience to recharge the body. Thank you Serendipity for the wonderful hospitality.
