the room is not properly clean bed sheet is very dirty bad smell comes from washroom staff is not gud overall worst experience pls no body go this hotel worat dnt wasteurmoneyneven they r not providing water bottle shame on unno hot water in washroomnpillows r dirty and smelly

Ambiance wise good but some basic things missing and need improvement. Some rooms do not have locks to the bathroom.nDelay in room service.nGeyser provides Luke warm water in winter instead of hot water

very clean rooms and washrooms, lobby and cafe smells really nice.nGood service by staff and polite management. Food is very fresh and tasty at their Handi restaurant. tried the bar it has huge selection of scotch and wines.Breakfast buffet was complimentary and had every thing from cereals, oats, fruits, parathas, sandwiches eggs to order and I did not look more since it was enough for me.nOverall a very good experience.100% value for money.
