Doug came out and after trying to program a new key and ignition on a 2009 Ford Focus and not receiving a signal noticed I had cracked the ignition immobilizer while installing the new ignition. I got a new one and Doug came back out and now it works like a charm. Thanks Doug Great service and I will definitely voice my recommendation to all my friends and family.

Responded when we couldn't get other locksmiths to. They were friendly and got out to our house on time a couple days after the initial call. The locksmith was quick and cleaned up after himself. The locks work great. I am satisfied.

I bought a key fob for my wife's Nissan that wasn't programmable, so they ordered me a genuine factory fob. They also included the price of programming with the new fob, and didn't charge me for their time with the unusable piece of trash I bought online.
