The architecture of the building is so amazing that I wanted to stay and appreciate it for a minute. It was so great to watch numerous different size windows which lit up the whole palace. Every window allowed a slim yet cool stream of air to enter the palace and naturally ventilate it plus maintain the temperature of the fort also. One more thing is the roof of the palace is amazing place also. The whole pink city, that is Jaipur is visible from there(not completely ud83dude01ud83dude01) and it was so amazing to watch it from there. The top also has strong currents of cool air passing by and giving you a cool ehsaas but as the crowd was too much during my visit I was not able to feel that breeze properly. But all in all it's a fun and a great place to visit. And your whole mind gets refreshed once you visit there.

This is very nice but busy area of Jaipur. But worth taking the time this is an architectural wonder. The ambience inside is Royal. you feel like a king walking inside the whole palace is visible from the rooftop cafe opposite to it.reminds you of the rich history of the place .A must visit place for all the history freaks. Fantastic experience in Jaipur city.

It’s an iconic and remarkable monument ( palace) in the heart of the pink city Jaipur.Very unique example of architecture and also heritage site of India. It is an extraordinary pink-painted, delicately honeycombed hive that rises a dizzying five storeys. The lattice design was to allow royal ladies to observe everyday life and festivals celebrated in the street below without being seen. This architectural feature also allowed cool air to pass through, making the whole area more pleasant during the high temperatures in summer.n⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

This palace is a five-story pyramidal shaped monument that rises to about 50 feet (15 m). The top three floors of the structure have the width of a single room, while the first and second floors have patios in front of them. The front elevation, as seen from the street, is like a honeycomb with small portholes. Each porthole has miniature windows and carved sandstone grills, finials and domes. It gives the appearance of a mass of semi-octagonal bays, giving the monument its unique façade. The inner face on the back side of the building consists of chambers built with pillars and corridors with minimal ornamentation, and reach up to the top floor.

The place is amazing. One of the most famous tourist destinations in Jaipur, Hawa Mahal, also known as the palace of wind, is one of the most prominent attractions in Jaipur. From the building you can get nice views from the surroundings. You can walk all the way up to the top floor. From the outside the building is quite impressive. The surroundings are full of shops. Good place to buy souvenirs or typical Indian clothes.nnYou are rewarded at the top with a stunning view over the city and hills. Nearly all Indian tourists and all the better for that. If you can find it off the Main Street there is an entrance to the Palace temple. Very modest but nice wall paintings and so quiet and peaceful!nnIf you want best photography you must visit tattoo cafe in front of it and the cafe has two floors which gives you multiple option to click one is from the terrace(the highest point) and another is at the tomb ..rest is your photography skillsud83dude0a….nA must visit in Jaipur !!!!!
