Extremely helpful and polite service. I had an issue with my macbook adaptor, they were going to replace the adaptor, but it would take 2-3 days for the shipping. My laptop was low on charge and I couldn't not work. They let me just use their shop charger and were extremely polite when I asked them if I could come again to just charge my laptop until I get my adaptor.
