Good hotel, nearby to all points City palace, pichola lake etc. Service was good. Staff was helpful. Good for short trips. Only food is costly.

Dangerous. Plugs that went brown & started to melt in 1 room when charging electrical devices, a smell of burning in the bathroom of another, staff sleeping in corridors, front door open all night, no lift working, rats by the hostel stairs, dirty laundry. There is absolutely no redeeming feature to this place.

Rooms r Big and Good but flow of water is not good in Washroom Showers and Wash basin, Exhaust fan is also not working.. I complained to Staff but they didn't Respond twice.. I stayed in room 503-504
