Very beautiful place one of the iconic place in Madurai must go i would advise to go during early in the morning or by evening time.nWear comfortable clothes.nCarry water bottles.nAnd if your tourist do not take cab or taxi don't listen to you hotel people they give wrong information to get money go out side on the road take a local auto rickshaw -300-400 one way charges will be don't give more than that.

Wonderful place to relax your mind with full of greenery scenes... Low budget trip and a must go spot.. especially while going please take some foods for the fishes living in that pond ud83dude00

It's good place to see in madurai. The only way is walk. Some distance only steps is there after that steps are not there we have to walk in lightly slope areas. So aged persons avoid to go after finish of steps. But after reach one point the view is good.

Good calm place to spend with family for a couple of hours. It'll take some 15+ min to climb up the stairs, and there are places without stairs on the way. So, need to be little careful. But a very good one.

Un explored ancient place. It has a small temple and temple pond with lot of fishes. There is also jain caves. Good place to explore.
