Excellent property! The staff is incredible. Food is also excellent. We got upgraded to the suite which is very spacious and has temple view. The GM, the chefs, wait staff, reception staff - everyone took very good care of all guests. Extremely clean which was important for Covid times! GM (Narendra) also helped with travel pass to kodaikanal and hotel bookings for our next stops at Kodai and Bandipur.
The best hotel so far i have stayed in there is nothing in particular to complain everything is on the point the rooms, the staffs, food, ambiance and hygiene. I enjoyed my stay the most here. They have a well maintained gym and swimming pool as well which is the add on to the property.
Attention to be given for cleaning if vessels. Otherwise so good.
Clean, spacious, good breakfast and lot of parking space.nStaff are helpful and try hard to make your stay comfortable.nQuick check in. Bar is huge and functional. Ambience can be improved. Toilet in the bar is too small for the size of the bar.
Excellent hotel in madurai. This is my first visit here, really wonderful. Safety measures are wonderful amid this pandemic situation. All the staff are attending on call with courtesy.nLarge variety of foods available in buffet.
