Customer experience should be improved a lot. It's not just a old business era, forcing a customer to buy within the available stock and it's unlikely. Store should be open enough to convey customer about stock unavailability and ready to take order and supply based on customers demand. Customers will be more than happy to get what they wish rather than picking from available alternative. Waiting time is fine.nnFinally Charging additional 2% on card transaction should be avoided.

The shop has wide range of bicycles to match your taste. The staff were courteous. Would like to specially mention here Mr. Senthil who runs the place. Being an avid cyclist himself, he was patient enough to answer all our questions while trying to resume cycling after a pretty long gap. Would recommend this place for anyone who wishes to look upon vast options before buying one.
