Rooms are good and service is also good. Parking facilities are not so good... Food is just ok....

Excellent view, during ipl there is, a big screen we can enjoy a lot with alcohol and food

I will give a detailed description of why its is poor, please read it patiently. We checked into the hotel at around 11pm in the night n with 3 rooms blocked in advance. One of the rooms aircondition was not working n the guy argues with me that will become cool slowly on the temperature of 16 degrees, after waiting for half hour they gave us another room at 12 midnight n we were with kids , itvwas so disturbing. Ok after the room was done , early morning in winter season there was mo hot water in the room bathroom, I had to call the reception and ask for the jot water. They served the hot water in a bucket for all the 3 rooms guest , for this reason we had to be late for break fast n about the breakfast , first at the checkin time they said , it's a complimentary breakfast, n in the morning when we came to the restaurant for breakfast , they say , only one item / portion can be complimentary, that is we can select any one tiffin item as complimentary n the 2nd item is chargeable n for the 2nd portion we have to pay the amount , n also for tea n coffee is playable in complimentary breakfast , of the whatever idli or dosa or vada we have to pay the amount ,coz of no hot water n the late breakfast service , our day which was planned was so disturbing , in the evening after we came to the reception for checkout bills they made us wait for half n hour to settle the Bill's coz of the room service Bill's were not updated in the system, at last we paid the amount without the computer Bill's were generated . So starting from the check in n till the checkout , this experience was a disaster at this hotel.. now its upto u whether u all want to stay at this hotel.or not . It's a very very bad experience for the amount which we pay for a deluxe room is Rs.2200.00 . For this tariff we can experience a very good service n stay at any other hotel which has a less tariff
