Plenty of bad experiences. They charged for stains on bed sheet. They charged full price for the same. Also they tried to charge us for the earlier stains which was made by someone else.nNot only that; customer service is at its worst. No one came to pick our dinner plates and utensils for the entire night and next day morning even we called many times.nComplimentary breakfast is served so late and tastes bad too.nSame with the dinner ordered with extra spicy ingredients and salt

Rooms r really good. But I feel like they still have to work on their maintenance (we will have to informal again in the reception and ask for TV and landline connection). Otherwise its the best hotel in warangal

Family restaurant only, there is no privacy in Dining area. finger bowl not provided...nHotel rooms are good to stay
