Google does not provide zero rating . Otherwise I would have given that. Such a pathetic hotel I have ever seen. I booked through oyo and made online payment while booking itself. When I went to the hotel the receptionist was saying that they don’t accept online payments and denied me check in. No one communicated that prior to me. Receptionists were arrogant and rude .nIf anyone tries to book this hotel don’t ever ever do it. These hotel guys deserves a lesson. Book some better hotels in warangal not this one for sure. They clearly don’t follow any oyo or online booking platform policies.nPS: advice to the hotel. Better exit from online booking platforms and use your own website only for bookings.

My first OYO rooms booked for Warangal tour during Sankranthi Season....nThe price of the hotel ud83cudfe8 were very reasonable..nReached the ud83cudfe8 via car, the hotel had proper parking structure to park my ud83dude97..nWith in no time after sharing the booking details, I was escorted till my room by a hotel boy..nRoom was very spacious for three people, with proper amenities like TV ud83dudcfa, AC, phone ud83dudcf1 support, Wi-Fi etc etc..nnRoom boy was very helpful in proving the required things in timely manner..nnNo disturbance from the other residees or could hear any loud noise which would disturb the people staying in the ud83cudfe8nnFully satisfied with the visit and Service from Mitra Residency...
