Hotel has an amazing design and rooms are goos, but unfortunately current management system is bad. There was chiken kadai in my fridge which was rotteb with bacteria nicely sitting inside. Room was dusty, WiFi didn't work. God knows when was the last time they cleaned the outter glass windows, 20 rs water bottle charged 100 rs. This hotel can do better.

The amenities are a Scam. Pool not operational, gym had no AC, equipment not working. Location is good Since we had an event at Jaypee Greens. Time to fix AC issues in the room was a few hours and only on raising the issue a few times hotel looks good just need few changes

Room was good by rest like AC, TV, food & other service were not good. Infact room was so hot that inside temperature was 30 whereas outside it was 18 deg only

Not recommended at any cost ..No hygiene, staff without mask, dirty room, sanitizer not available for spraying in room, drawers and bathroom not cleaned .nNo coffee sachets, No mineral water provided at the time of check in
