Ace Iconic Hotel

This Hotel is a Gem !!nTook a much needed break after a long time. Lovely location on wide main road, right next to the main market.nTheir Private Hot Tub concept is not to be missed. Very refreshing !nIt truly is an Iconic building with modern architecture.nn#Strongly recommend#

It was excellent stay with this hotel. Staff were very supportive Specially Sagar at front desk who help me a lot .nAmeneties which were provided excellent. I assure whoever stay with this hotel will have great experience.nThank you for the lovely stay.

This hotel is very clean and comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful. The hospitality shown by these lovely people was second to none, we were treated wonderfully. It is one the best hotel in greater noida.

By far, best 4 star Hotel in the city of Greater Noida. Stayed at ACE Iconic Hotel for 5 days.nJust under 1 km to the Expo Centre, its situated on the main road, right next to main market.nBeautifully finished front facade. Spacious rooms with excellent views. Very relaxing. Their luxury spa tubs are a treat after a hectic day at work.nSmiles and warm interaction with hotel staff, I felt at home! I felt pampered.

We hired the hotel for wedding, covering three events.nHotel: It is newly built. Located close to knowledge park metro station. But not prominently visible. 5*nBanquet Hall: Located in the basement. Good for about 50 people. Sadly, no washrooms in the basement. This could result in embarrassment. 4*nTerrace: A nice place for small events. 5*nFood: Good quality. 5*nRestaurant: Behind reception. 5*nDecor: All the the areas were well lit. The decor was good but no proper sitting arrangement was provided for the bride-groom for the ring ceremony on the terrace. A two seater sofa was promised though. 4*nLift: Only one lift was a constraint. This was shared by staff, other hotel guests and us. 3*nMandap: Mandap area, in the basement, was open sky. A plus point. We were promised of a 10 feet by 10 feet mandap, but we got an 8 feet by 8 feet mandap. Further it wasn't properly lit. 4*nService: The service was not up to the mark, the biggest let down. May be they had insufficient staff due to covid-19. We had to wait for a long time even for basic things like water, or tea. Then, there were no plates for snacks until raised with the management. I was forced to bring paper plates from home. The hotel management needs to work hard in this area.nI visited the hotel again, next day for dinner, and the service was still very slow.2.5*nPricing: A bit on the higher side. 4*
