The worst hotel experience absolutely ever. The hotel controls the thermostat and it malfunctioned during my week long stay. Windows don't open for to allow for fresh air. Housekeeping is extremely sub-par during covid. Items were found iny suite which had been previously left during a PREVIOUS stay in the same suite. I was accused of stealing a blanket which I'd washed because housekeeping is only once a week. YET, suite was missing an HDMI cord. Of which, I'd notified about. Also Housekeeping will toss out any items left behind!! Any reputable hotel should atleast hold items for a reasonable period of time. No accountability whatsoever on behalf of staff and management.
