The proximity of hotel next to Station make it a preferred location and Deluxe rooms are better than other which makes hotel a good choice to stay for short period of time.nFood is not good at all especially Chinese as was served with burnt food and complimentary hairs in both manchurian and fried rice. When complaint was made to room service it was stated that it will be not included in bill. In morning while checking out when raised this as all was billed the person on Reception rudely stated that I should have complaint at reception not at room service to get the benefit and he will not be able to do anything.nAlso please make sure that you calculate your bill as rs.450/- was been charged extra and I have to explain him thrice for over charge.nI was highly disappointed at this as the other people of team on previous day at the same hotel were nice.nOne more thing that you need to take bath according to Hotel timing as you will not get Hot Water whole day or early morning as hot water come between 8am to 12pm only.
