I Wouldn't Recommend Anyone To Book This Hotel. Bedsheets And Quilt Were Very Dirty And Room Was Full Of Mosquitoes. Hotelier Didn't Provide Even Basic Amenities Like Soap,RO Water Etc. Tv Was Not Working Due To Insufficient Balance. The Guy At Reception Was So Careless That He Didn't Ask Me To Show Id Card.The Pictures Used On Travel Portals For This Hotel Is Not Real. This Was The Worst Experience Ever In My Life.

The hotel was one of the best hotels that I have been. It is one of the most luxurious hotels in Gorakhpur. The food is good. The staff are very helpful and greet you with a pleasing smile. The rooms are very clean and has regular house cleaning.

I had a booking at HOTEL VEENAYAK RESIDENCY at Gorakhpurn1 night 1 room 3 guestsnThe room has been given to us at 1900 which is quite a high rate. The room was an used room andnthe linen, bathroom floors all dirty like a roadside dhaba, used razor in bathroom and blood stains on the bathroom floor. They forced us to pay the full amount in advance and so after facing problems we had no option to shift to another decent hotel.nWhen we said then to clean they denied said they dont have anyone they are blaming everything on OYO. they should have said they dont have decent rooms. a terribly unclean room unhygienic bathroom poor service and under constructed room with dangerously hanging naked wires for Rs 1900. this is the 2nd time I am facing problems from OYO.
