From 25th to 28th Oct'20 we visited this hotel and stayed there. Honestly speaking, the most worst hotel I had ever stayed in my life. The staffs are not professional they are not cooperative also, if you visit digha and stay there you will not get any help or information from them. The rooms are good but very suffocative - A.C. not working, T.V. also not working, Geyser broken down. Nobody bothered to come and solve the issue. Foods are not good very spicy and no taste is there. Manager of the hotel is worse person. He, doesn't bothered about guests. I with folding hands you all please don't visit this hotel or your money will just drain like water.

Location of the hotel is excellent. Rooms are good if not best.

The place is not costly but service is very poor. Rooms are not at all clean.
