Hotel was very good; the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Worst experience ever... First time in trouble with family..Yestersay we came from Kolkata to Digha by bike and booked this hotel by oyo and paid full amount Rs. 1160.... First problem hotel can't find easily it is situated too interior area but near sea beach.. After arrive we call oyo they provide me hotel number which is not in Digha it was a kolkata office.. I have no word.. Whatever I reached hotel and they denied us to check in and tell us we are not tighup with oyo so we are not accepted oyo customer if you want to book direct then you have to pay 1400 full and refund will process from oyo.. Please cancle oyo booking.. Also most important part is they have no manner how to talk customer.. After I again and again call oyo they transfered call senior department... Senior department hang my call for 20 min and disconnected after no option we find another hotel .. It was totally harassed after 8pm I did not receive any call from oyo so I called they told refund should cancellation charge but after some discussion they give me full refund.. Said it will credited it 7 to 14 days.. I am waiting for refund.. Personally I am not suggested anyone to book this hotel due to it was located too interior area and no parking available... If I got hotel then I have to park my bike somewhere else...i booked beside hotel there have free bike parking I parked our two bike and charges 600 per room first they said 1200 but I got half after some bargain
