Excellent hotel... Rate is quiet reasonable...the best part is it has a big garden

Nice place to stay at Digha. Behaviour of the staffs are excellent. ud83dudc4d Suitable for large group of people. There are lots of room. Large green garden in front of the hotel room is a place for spending time in the evening. Rooms are clean and Food is also good.

Please check the photos of this dirty hotel room.Please refer the photos with my comments.Wr reached this hotel at 12midnight. The caretaker starts to complain though we had informed that our bus was late due to heavy traffic.We asked for towels and this man was surprised he said towels are provided for AC rooms only. Though we paid for AC rooms but according to the hotel owner there were no more rooms so they shifted us to Non AC rooms to be very specific staff quarters.Lets talk about the room condition the bed sheets ,pillow covers ,blankets were smelling dead rats we had to spary deodorants to sleep when complained the owner took no action and the owner said there were no towels,pillow covers and blankets available any more who says this..is this hotel or some railway platform I guess platforms are cleaner than this.There is a huge open ventilation above the door which provides no privacy you can basically listen who is doing what in all rooms,The washrooms have not been washed for ages and yes the showers don't work,the balcony of the opposite building is peeping into the bathrooms.The outlet of water of bathroom is through the room and you will have malaria if u stay in this hell.The room is damp,dark,dirty and if ask for housekeeping people will give you leacture that they are not available.the owner is a great man he basically had solution to nothing,he is reluctant to take feedbacks,look over the customer comfort.The most disgusting experience I ever had.And now let's talk what was the amount extracted from us Rs 13000 for two days and this is what we get.They should be complained about in consumer forum..

Good behaviour, good park, all is good
