I have been to Darjeeling many times before and stayed at different properties. This one has been the best, class apart. Centrally located in the heart of Darjeeling, massively spacious rooms, very well planned interiors, well maintained and clean spaces, great staff. The icing on the cake was getting special attention from the owner (Swaroop) himself, very humble and a kind host. I highly recommend staying at this property. I am definitely going there again without 2nd thoughts.

Jai hotel is an Excellent new hotel, in the heart of the city, With young n energetic staffs, Rooms r awesome, and can be accessible by lift, restaurant offer yummy foods, nicely sanitized...with nice corridors I would recommend each n every one to come n stay here once..its a 3 star property

Very nice place with perfect location. The service was also good and the rooms are also big in comparison to other hotels here in Darjeeling
