It was my worst stay till date...I stayed with 7 other friends.nWastage of money,time and energy. The road to the hotel is too steep and time consuming.they do not provide any room heaters and the geyser works only for a fixed time.The staffs were really rude.They provide cab for sightseeing at an unreasonable fair . The driver nd the staffs in the hotel were rude. The room stinks of cigarettes.

My experience is not good. Hotel is in too much height. Room bed is not cleaned. Only two person for service / maintenance. Food was good like home but accommodation is not good.

We faced a number of issues during our stay.n1)Bad connectivity to nearby mall market.n2) geyser works intermittently so if you are in luck, you will get hot water.n3) Rooms smelled of cigerette,passive smoking check!n4) The hotel did not provide any heater, so we paid extra money for one but it didn't work as welln5) Do not take the sight seeing package offered by the hotel as you will get much cheaper deals from mall market.n6) The driver provided by the hotel was very rude.n7) The check out time was 12 when enquired but we were forced to check out at 11. To make matters worse, the wifi was turned off at 10.

First of the all, had to climb nearly a km to reach the hotel as the staffs didn't respond to phone calls asking for direction. Even after being situated at such a cold place, they charged us 400rs per night for a heater that literally didn't work. To add on to our troubles, the blankets provided were also dustyud83dude16.The staffs were impolite in behaviour and the driver arranged by this hotel for the site seeing charged us much more than what is charged by other drivers at the market. In general, the only bad aspect of our trip to Darjeeling was stay at this hotel.
