Excuisitely beautiful. Room with views of the Kanchenjunga will cost 6k per night but still worth it. Lavish, comfy and great service

It was a six day trip. Have been to lot of places but this hotel is very expensive for sure without the following facilitiesn1) management is too slown2) hell lot of money without card payment systemn3) hot water facility and room service starts after 9 in the morning which is very absurdn4) passenger lift is always out of order which is problematic for people who have been aloted rooms in level 4 of the hotel.nThe hotel needs to upgrade it in all ways.

The essential services of the resort were average... But the behaviour of each and every staff was really great..

Mr. Abesh Bhattacharjee who is the owner of the Mystic group and runs this resort in Darjeeling is a liar. I stayed from 27/10/2020 till 1st November 2020. He booked me in level 4, which is 3 levels below the lobby level. On 29/10/2020, the passenger lift became out of order and he promised me to shift me to either level 2 or level 1, since I am hypertensive. But never did so, even though more than 12 rooms in level 1, 2 and 3 were vacant since 29th afternoon. He is a misfit for a service industry.
