A decent hotel and rooms are good. Size of the rooms are not very big but just okay.nnThe main issue is cabs or vehicles cannot drop guests at the hotel as this road is a “no entry” and only few cabs dare to enter the road at a risk of a fine but many do not take the road and leave you near Ramada hotel or the main road and you should walk. The manager and staff are helpful and when you call them the come and help you carry the luggage to the hotel. The walk is about 150 metres but if it aged and physically challenged people, it is a nightmare taking them by walk every time and more so this road is a real uphill.nnApart from the above, the location is good as it is close to down town and with many restaurants and shopping areas close by. Food is good, elevators are available and staff are very helpful and always smiling.nnOverall a nice place in a good location except one issue which I had to highlight is about cars unable to drop guests. If this is fine by you, please use this place as it is a worthy place.nnKeep clean, stay green and keep Darjeeling clean.

Good place to stay. Staff was humble and courteous. Food was not too expensive and was above average. Definitely good for single travellers. Also, roof top restaurant is a plus since you can mount kenchunjunga while having your morning tea.

The Hotel is located just 2 minute walk from mall road.nLittle hike you have to climb, hotel is neat and clean good wifi, rooms are comfortable bathroom is clean room service is frequent. Aminities in rooms are also satisfying.nRestaurant at rooftop have amazing view of mount kanchenjunga. Having breakfast there was realy amazing.nService staff is realy helpful, we enjoyed our stay there even i extended my stay for 2 more days.nWould love to visit the property again.

The attached photo is the view from hotel 5th floor rooftop sitting area.nPros - 1)View of Kanchanjungha, 2)Sanitization of person, luggage during entrance.nCons - 1)Lack of staff during our visit,n2)Long wait to get our rooms, we had booked 3 deluxe rooms and they gave just one room initially and had to wait for 1.5 hours to get the next two. We had come from overnight train journey and then long travel from NJP to Darjeeling, so this long wait was really annoying.n3) They have a buffet system breakfast but takes long time to refill. Also limited options like pasta, alu paratha, another day it was sandwich and puri sabzi.n4) Location is at a high place and has a steep rise from the mal road which can be problematic for those having knee problems. Don't go by google map as it shows wrong location. Make a phone call to the hotel and they will send someone to guide near Miniso outlet.

Very bad. Manager and the staff are very bad in nature. They even dont know how to talk with their guest. I was staying from 24th to 26th October 2020. Hotel check in time was 12.00 , but when I reached there at 2 Pm, they said my room is not ready so I had to wait for another half an hour. Room was very dirty,stink and clumsy. Bed cover and pillow cover looks like not even wash for a single time. In our room we have a tea or coffee maker, but due to lack of maintenance and cleaning it was covered with fungus. From our room window we only have one view, which is an under construction building. The road in which this hotel is situated is also very dirty and during night there is no street lamp, so its completely dark out side. Food quality is also terrible. They have a beautiful restaurant at roof top, but due to lack of maintenance, it becomes a store room, and they don't even bother. All the hotel staffs are very very unprofessional and what ever the problem we have faced, they came up with one excuse that they are lack of staffs. Dont go with this hotel, its a waste of money. In different website, you may find very attractive picture but the realty is just the opposite. Waste of money, not recommended.
