Teesta Homestay (Darjeeling Town)

15 mins wall from the Bus stand in Darjeeling or 10 rupees if you take a shared Taxi. The entrance to the 1st floor where the rooms are is from inside the house. On the terrace you have a nice view to sit and relax. Uncle(Don’t remember name), who owner was very helpful with everything during the stay. The best part is you will be greeted with Hot tea in the morning. I was there in the winter so hot water available for drinking. Also fun and informative chat with Uncle about Darjeeling and all other nearby places to visit.

Nice lodge.. clean and fresh.. they offers three blankets each person that's good to protect from winter cold..nHot water and room'heater also provides.. i like behaviour of the owner.

Very warm welcoming place with perfect scenic beauty from the windows.... would definitely suggest the stay here.... House owner is very caring and nice

Good place for a stay in Darjeeling a little bit away from the busy center. Clean rooms, good food and helpful owner!
