Nice Decorated hotel. 100meter higher from the main road & Ramada. 2minute walking distance from Mall Road KEVENDERS . They provided us 2 room heaters as Temperature is now 6°. Well Behaved staffs. Nice & Cosy Stay

Excellent services. Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and the whole experience was amazing. Hotel and staff was having difficult time due to power cut in those 2 days but it was really remarkable how hotel managed to keep giving its best whole time. I will highly recommend this hotel to the people who are looking for 5 star like services in darjeeling. Whole staff is polite and provides quick services. Rooms are well equipped and everything is available in room. With the spacious room and cleanest washrooms makes it a great deal. Do not forget to click picture on terrace.

I would like to rate 2 star for my stay at this hotel.nPros: Near to mall road and good staffnCons:1) Food served is insipid in taste.n2) Rooms are very small in size even i have booked premium triple room, still it doesn't have enough space to move.n3) still it is located in mall road, if you are Senior citizen or have any problem in moving on steep road then please avoid this hotel.n4) No emergency or inverter for instant electricity shift. During my two night stay, there was frequent light disconnection.
