Aashirwaad Home Stay

We had a wonderful stay in this Homestay Lidya & Raja run this Homestay.They are super friendly, cooks amazing traditional food for breakfast, lunch and dinner, if desired and is always available if you need something. Raja ,Lidya & their family is very humble.They are SUPER HOSTS and GREAT HUMAN BEINGS .They try their LEVEL BEST to make the Guests Happy.I went to Darjeeling in the last week of November along with My wife & two teen age Daughters.My wife & My daughters were very happy as the ambience of the HOMESTAYwas very HOMELY and that was possible only because of the tireless efforts of Raja & Lidya.The view of KANCHANJANGHA is awesome from this Homestay.The property is well connected with Tinchuley,Takdah,Lepchajagat ,Lamahata ,Mirik , Pashupati Temple(Nepal).This is the property which is over the main Road.Rajaji is always ready to plan Ur Itinerary ,if needed.The Room is cosy .The food is very Delicious.It was cold in Darjeeling in late November when we visited but the beds have wonderful heated blankets and the bathroom has hot water. it is very easy to get to Mall either by walking along the train tracks or taking a cab for 10 rupees. I would recommend it to EVERYONE who are planning to visit Darjeeling. it's a great place!

It is excellent because we have got a home feeling there at Darjeeling n we enjoyed homely food there n the behaviour of those people are outstanding...

MY FAMILY HAS BEEN THERE 10 DAYS AGO,, AND THEY ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE HOSPITALITY OF LIDYA ,,, ELECTRIC WARM BED , GYESERS ARE THERE .. MUST STAY IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO GO THERE

It is best option for accommodation to visit Darjeeling , Nice arrangement including hospitality view point Darjeeling from here and also very near to taxi stand and other facilities,nnTheir behavior & ambiance are excellent. My experience is outstanding.
